Renting your home out is a Big decision. You will need to have a clear plan on how to maintain your property value, while collecting monthly rental fee, while having a back up plan in case tenants will stop paying rent. 

What should you do in case of eviction? How much will it cost? Who is a good Attorney for it?

You do not want to get a "night mare tenants" or "tenants from Hell" who will ruin your house, destroy your home equity, leave your property with liens and unpaid utilities.

Do you have financial funds in reserve to pay your mortgage on time while repairing your home and paying off liens? Or will you be pushed over the edge and forced to go into foreclosure?

What about lost rent while repairing your home?
