Renting your home out is a Big decision. You will need to have a clear plan on how to maintain your property value, while collecting monthly rental fee, while having a back up plan in case tenants will stop paying rent. 

What should you do in case of eviction? How much will it cost? Who is a good Attorney for it?

You do not want to get a "night mare tenants" or "tenants from Hell" who will ruin your house, destroy your home equity, leave your property with liens and unpaid utilities.
