Median sales price outpaces previous year

Median sales prices last week in MRED's residential marketplace rose 4% over the previous week to $316,000. That’s a 10% annual increase compared to the same week last year. Median prices have seen annual increases since early May.

Nearly 3,500 residential listings in MRED's marketplace went under contract last week. That total was a 56% week-over-week increase and 11% annual bump. It also marked the highest weekly total of listings under contract since the start of November. Learn more in MRED's Weekly Market Snapshot.
